Divorced women remain in waiting for three periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have more right to take them back in this [period] if they want reconciliation. And due to the wives is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable. But the men have a degree over them [in responsibility and authority]. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. - Quran:Al-Baqarah 2:228 (islam)

- Is it because of a possible pregnancy?
- After the waiting period what will happen to the offspring?
- Can the mother keep the child (Abu Dawud 2276)?
- Is that so, men are greater?
- Is it always the case?
- Is there equality of opportunity in Islam?

O You who have believed, when you marry believing women and then divorce them before you have touched them, then there is not for you any waiting period to count concerning them. So provide for them and give them a gracious release. - Quran:Al-Ahzab 33:49 (islam)

- Does it mean in Islam you can have sex with your wife at whatever age you see fit?

And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women - if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated. - Why wait 3 months for the Ida if you didn’t have sex with her (33:49)?
- What does the tafsir said about that is it really prepubescent or just in case of amenorrhea?
- What is more just a human Law (222:22 in France) or Allah's Law?
- What is the position of the a current scholar?
- What is the difference between women too young to have menstruation and prepubescent girl?
- Why all the tafsir understand this way and some recent scholars in other way?

A waltmg period is obligatory for awoman divorced after intercourse, whether thehusband and wife are prepubescent, have reachedpuberty, or one has and the other has not.Intercourse means copulation (def: n7. 7). Ifthe husband was alone with her but did not copulatewith her, and then divorced her, there is nowaiting period. - Fiqh:Umdat:n9.2 (islam)

Chapter: It is permissible for a father to arrange the marriage of a young virgin

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) married her when she was seven years old, and he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old. - Sahih:Muslim:1422c (islam)

-Can she be 18 when he died and 19 when he had sex with her?
- If those hadith are false all Fiqh book, the sunnah and all biographies have to be rewritten, is it even possible?
- Is Allah supposed to be omnipotent, how is it possible for him to have so much mistakes in his religion?

Chapter: The marrying of a daughter by her father to a ruler
Narrated `Aisha:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death). - Sahih:Al Bukhari:5134 (islam)

-Is it acceptable today for a 53 old man to have sex with a 9 years old girl?
- Is it acceptable in the 7th century?
- We know now that 9 years old can die for having sex so young, for having babies so young, how God seems not to be aware of it?

Chapter: The father or the guardian cannot give a virgin or matron in marriage without her consent
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A matron should not be given in marriage except after consulting her; and a virgin should not be given in marriage except after her permission." The people asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! How can we know her permission?" He said, "Her silence (indicates her permission). - Sahih:Al Bukhari:5136 (islam)

-Who is consenting in place of the Virgin?
- Is there a limit for marriage?
- Is there a limit for sex?

Chapter: Seeking The Girl's Permission
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: An orphan virgin girl should be consulted about herself; if she says nothing that indicates her permission, but if she refuses, the authority of the guardian cannot be exercised against her will. The full information rest with the tradition narrated by Yazid. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has also been transmitted in a similar way by Abu Khalid Sulaiman b. Hayyan and Mu'adh b. Mu'adh on the authority of Muhammad b. 'Amr. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:2093 (islam)

Chapter: The purchase of animals and donkeys
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:
I was with the Prophet (ﷺ) in a Ghazwa (Military Expedition) and my camel was slow and exhausted. The Prophet came up to me and said, "O Jabir." I replied, "Yes?" He said, "What is the matter with you?" I replied, "My camel is slow and tired, so I am left behind." So, he got down and poked the camel with his stick and then ordered me to ride. I rode the camel and it became so fast that I had to hold it from going ahead of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) . He then asked me, have you got married?" I replied in the affirmative. He asked, "A virgin or a matron?" I replied, "I married a matron." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Why have you not married a virgin, so that you may play with her and she may play with you?" Jabir replied, "I have sisters (young in age) so I liked to marry a matron who could collect them all and comb their hair and look after them." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You will reach, so when you have arrived (at home), I advise you to associate with your wife (that you may have an intelligent son)." Then he asked me, "Would you like to sell your camel?" I replied in the affirmative and the Prophet (ﷺ) purchased it for one Uqiya of gold. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) reached before me and I reached in the morning, and when I went to the mosque, I found him at the door of the mosque. He asked me, "Have you arrived just now?" I replied in the affirmative. He said, "Leave your camel and come into (the mosque) and pray two rak`at." I entered and offered the prayer. He told Bilal to weigh and give me one Uqiya of gold. So Bilal weighed for me fairly and I went away. The Prophet (ﷺ) sent for me and I thought that he would return to me my camel which I hated more than anything else. But the Prophet (ﷺ) said to me, "Take your camel as well as its price." - Sahih:Al Bukhari:2097 (islam)

Chapter: It is recommended to marry virgins
Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported:
I married a woman, whereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to me: Have you married? I said: Yes. He said: Is it a virgin or a previously married one (widow or divorced)? I said: With a previously married one, whereupon he said: Where had you been (away) from the amusements of virgins? Shu'ba said: I made a mention of it to 'Amr b. Dinar and he said: I too heard from Jabir making mention of that (that Allah's Apostle) said: Why didn't you marry a girl, so that you might sport with her and she might sport with you? - Sahih:Muslim:715e (islam)

-Is it prepubescent virgin or mature virgin?

Chapter: Regarding A Virgin Who Was Married Off By Her Father Without He Consent
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
A virgin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and mentioned that her father had married her against her will, so the Prophet (ﷺ) allowed her to exercise her choice. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:2096 (islam)

-Is it a young prepubescent girl or a virgin women?

Chapter: Wrapping oneself up

It is related that Abu Hurayra said, "I never sae al-Hasan without my eyes overflowing with tears. That is because the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, went out one day and he found me in the mosque. He took my hand and I went along with him. He did not speak to me until we reached the market of Banu Qaynuqa'. He walked around it and looked. Then he left and I left with him until we reached the mosque. He sat down and wrapped himself in his garment. Then he said, 'Where is the little one? Call the little one to me.' Hasan came running and jumped into his lap. Then he put his hand in his beard. Then the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, opened his mouth and put his mouth in his mouth. Then he said, O Allah, I love him, so love him and the one who loves him!'" - Hasan:Adab:1183 (islam)

But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry. - Bible:NT:1 Corinthians 7:36 (bible)

- Is it just marriage or is it sex?
- Is there a age limit for sex or marriage?

- Does it means kill very women or mother?
- Does it means kill every girl who had sex?
- How can you know if a woman or a girl had sex, do you need to check their vagina?
- Have you check the translation in Hebrew when God said 'save for yourselves'?
- Why kill girl who had sex with a man, aren’t they supposed to be victims?
- Why God asked to kill young girls because a man had sex with her?
