Divorced women remain in waiting for three periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have more right to take them back in this [period] if they want reconciliation. And due to the wives is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable. But the men have a degree over them [in responsibility and authority]. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. - Quran:Al-Baqarah 2:228 (islam)

Chapter: It is permissible for a father to arrange the marriage of a young virgin

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) married her when she was seven years old, and he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he (the Holy Prophet) died she was eighteen years old. - Sahih:Muslim:1422c (islam)

-Can she be 18 when he died and 19 when he had sex with her?
- If those hadith are false all Fiqh book, the sunnah and all biographies have to be rewritten, is it even possible?
- Is Allah supposed to be omnipotent, how is it possible for him to have so much mistakes in his religion?

Chapter: The marrying of a daughter by her father to a ruler
Narrated `Aisha:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death). - Sahih:Al Bukhari:5134 (islam)

-Is it acceptable today for a 53 old man to have sex with a 9 years old girl?
- Is it acceptable in the 7th century?
- We know now that 9 years old can die for having sex so young, for having babies so young, how God seems not to be aware of it?

Chapter: The father or the guardian cannot give a virgin or matron in marriage without her consent
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A matron should not be given in marriage except after consulting her; and a virgin should not be given in marriage except after her permission." The people asked, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! How can we know her permission?" He said, "Her silence (indicates her permission). - Sahih:Al Bukhari:5136 (islam)

Chapter: Seeking The Girl's Permission
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: An orphan virgin girl should be consulted about herself; if she says nothing that indicates her permission, but if she refuses, the authority of the guardian cannot be exercised against her will. The full information rest with the tradition narrated by Yazid. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has also been transmitted in a similar way by Abu Khalid Sulaiman b. Hayyan and Mu'adh b. Chapter: The purchase of animals and donkeys
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:
I was with the Prophet (ﷺ) in a Ghazwa (Military Expedition) and my camel was slow and exhausted. The Prophet came up to me and said, "O Jabir." I replied, "Yes?" He said, "What is the matter with you?" I replied, "My camel is slow and tired, so I am left behind." So, he got down and poked the camel with his stick and then ordered me to ride. I rode the camel and it became so fast that I had to hold it from going ahead of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) . He then asked me, have you got married?" I replied in the affirmative. He asked, "A virgin or a matron?" I replied, "I married a matron." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Why have you not married a virgin, so that you may play with her and she may play with you?" Jabir replied, "I have sisters (young in age) so I liked to marry a matron who could collect them all and comb their hair and look after them." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You will reach, so when you have arrived (at home), I advise you to associate with your wife (that you may have an intelligent son)." Then he asked me, "Would you like to sell your camel?" I replied in the affirmative and the Prophet (ﷺ) purchased it for one Uqiya of gold. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) reached before me and I reached in the morning, and when I went to the mosque, I found him at the door of the mosque. He asked me, "Have you arrived just now?" I replied in the affirmative. He said, "Leave your camel and come into (the mosque) and pray two rak`at." I entered and offered the prayer. He told Bilal to weigh and give me one Uqiya of gold. So Bilal weighed for me fairly and I went away. The Prophet (ﷺ) sent for me and I thought that he would return to me my camel which I hated more than anything else. But the Prophet (ﷺ) said to me, "Take your camel as well as its price." - Sahih:Al Bukhari:2097 (islam)

Chapter: It is recommended to marry virgins
Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported:
I married a woman, whereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to me: Have you married? I said: Yes. He said: Is it a virgin or a previously married one (widow or divorced)? I said: With a previously married one, whereupon he said: Where had you been (away) from the amusements of virgins? Shu'ba said: I made a mention of it to 'Amr b. Dinar and he said: I too heard from Jabir making mention of that (that Allah's Apostle) said: Why didn't you marry a girl, so that you might sport with her and she might sport with you? - Sahih:Muslim:715e (islam)

Chapter: Regarding A Virgin Who Was Married Off By Her Father Without He Consent
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
A virgin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and mentioned that her father had married her against her will, so the Prophet (ﷺ) allowed her to exercise her choice. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:2096 (islam)

Chapter: Wrapping oneself up

It is related that Abu Hurayra said, "I never sae al-Hasan without my eyes overflowing with tears. That is because the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, went out one day and he found me in the mosque. He took my hand and I went along with him. He did not speak to me until we reached the market of Banu Qaynuqa'. He walked around it and looked. Then he left and I left with him until we reached the mosque. He sat down and wrapped himself in his garment. Then he said, 'Where is the little one? Call the little one to me.' Hasan came running and jumped into his lap. Then he put his hand in his beard. Then the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, opened his mouth and put his mouth in his mouth. Then he said, O Allah, I love him, so love him and the one who loves him!'" - Hasan:Adab:1183 (islam)

But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry. - Bible:NT:1 Corinthians 7:36 (bible)

Chapter: Consummation of marriage during the daytime without a marriage procession or lighting of fires
Narrated Aisha:
When the Prophet (ﷺ) married me, my mother came to me and made me enter the house (of the Prophet) and nothing surprised me but the coming of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) to me in the forenoon. - Sahih:Al Bukhari:5160 (islam)

Chapter: About swings
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) married me when I was seven or six. When we came to Medina, some women came. according to Bishr's version: Umm Ruman came to me when I was swinging. They took me, made me prepared and decorated me. I was then brought to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and he took up cohabitation with me when I was nine. She halted me at the door, and I burst into laughter. Abu Dawud said: That is to say: I menstruated, and I was brought in a house, and there were some women of the Ansari in it. They said: With good luck and blessing. The tradition of one of them has been included in the other. - Sahih:Abu Dawud:4933 (islam)

Chapter: Hyenas
It was narrated that Ibn Abu ‘Ammar, who is ‘Abdur-Rahman, said:
“I asked Jabir bin ‘Abdullah about hyenas: ‘Are they game (that can be hunted)?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Can I eat them?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Is this something that you heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)?’ He said: ‘Yes.’” - Sahih:Ibn Majah:3236 (islam)

Yaḥyā ibn Muḥammad and Sālim ibn ‘Abdullāh would marry off their virgin daughters without consulting them. Mālik said, “that is what is done among us about the marriage of virgins.” Mālik said, “A virgin has no right to her property until she enters her house and her state (competence, maturity, etc.) is known for sure.” - Fiqh:Muwatta:28.2-6 (islam)

The 'idda for a free woman who is widowed is four months and ten nights, whether a child or adult, consummated or not, Muslim or kitabi. For a slave girl who is partially free it is two months and five days, except in the case of an older woman whose period is delayed. Then she waits until the doubt is removed. As for the one who does not menstruate because of youth or old age and her marriage was consummated, she cannot marry until three months after the death of the husband. [This is a woman who is not pregnant, whether with false menstruation or not. It is the same whatever the age of the husband. Istibra' is observed in the case of a slavegirl who changes ownership. It is one menstruation. Ownership changes by selling, giving away, capture, or any other way. If the woman menstruates after being in the possession of the new master before he has bought her, then she does not have to observe an istibra' if she has not gone out. The istibra' for a child when she is sold is three months as it is for a woman who no longer menstruates. There is no istibra' for a woman who has never had intercourse. If someone buys a pregnant woman from another person or gains possession of her without a sale, should not go near her or enjoy her in any manner until she gives birth. A waltmg period is obligatory for awoman divorced after intercourse, whether thehusband and wife are prepubescent, have reachedpuberty, or one has and the other has not.Intercourse means copulation (def: n7. 7).
